Robert J. Olson

Robert Olson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sola Media – home to Core Christianity, White Horse Inn, Modern Reformation, and Theo Global.

Rob retired after a twenty-six year career in global corporate and investment banking with MUFG Union Bank and spent several years studying and working in Japan where he financed large infrastructure projects throughout Asia. 

Rob ministers in his local PCA church where he serves as an elder and teacher. His heart for young people led him to found and lead an annual summer camp for youth in Southern California and engage high schoolers at Spirit Christian Academy in Orange, CA where he served as Dean of Students and teacher of theology, apologetics, and personal finance.  Rob has also served as a professor of Corporate Finance at Biola University.

Rob holds a Master’s Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary, an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BS in Business Administration from Biola University, and a Certificate in Japanese Studies from Nanzan University in Nagoya, Japan.  

He is married to Kate, is the father of three children, and resides in Orange County, CA.
